Hello once again on this dark and dreary Tuesday from the North West of the UK! The type of weather you’d rather NOT get out of bed for! Don’t worry as this hasn’t dampened our spirits and work is still progressing on Aurora!
We now have a few more volunteers to help finish the installer so we expect development to move fairly quickly once I’ve brought the guys up to date.
Anyone else interested in lending a Vala hand then drop me a line, your help is greatly appreciated.
Also, we’re looking to migrate to newer and beefier servers, trading in our old ones and getting a few load balanced ones. This should help remedy repo and site timeouts. More details as and when the news comes in.

A number of updates and new bits and pieces arrived on the scene this week….
As promised I’m going to try and do a weekly post of a Monday morning to keep you all up to speed on whats been happening for the last week.
We have an unofficial to do list of what we would like completed before releasing a beta into the wild and the good news is that we are well over the 60% mark for this! The majority of this work is left on the installer and we are still working towards making the code available via git for those who are interested in contributing.
